Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

Just what we need is more government intervention in our lives. Having a CDL or special training will not make one a better driver, idiots and morons will still be idiots and morons just more knowledgeable WHEN not if they have an accident. Just the other day I witnessed an accident involving a mother with a baby pushing a grocery shopping cart, I imagine some around here would want to license and train the mother in the proper operation of that cart.:S
