Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

To let you know how easy it is to get a CDL, you can go take the driving test in a pickup with a trailer. As i said you dont need any training to get a CDL and dont need any training to get rv or weight class endorsements.
