Do Class A drivers need instructions before driving

I have witnessed many scary things while traveling and talked to so many A drivers that didn't have a clue of any mechanical systems.....or anything about anything except how to unlock the door. ...

Please cite the problem, with statistics to back up your claim, that you are trying to solve by requiring a CDL for Class A drivers.

Otherwise you are blowing nothing but hot air. Typical, sure, but lets not pretend it is anything else.

Bottom line is Class A drivers are some of the safest of any class. There isn't a requirement because there is no need for one.
