Do i need new tires
Getting ready for a long trip, 1500 miles up to N. Oregon, Denver, New Mexico, and back to So. Cal. I replace my tires in 8/11 with Michelins. One back tire is badly cracked all are showing some crack...

I waited a week to respond to you, just to make sure I wanted to write this.
I see you are a relatively new member to this forumn. As a member of over fifteen years, we have helped each other in many ways. The relationships that i've created as i've met some of the members on the road, have been very memorable.
There is no place in this forumn to be demeaning. I value everyone's opinion and that is why i asked. If you think it's an inane question, just don't respond. You are not obligated to. If you have input, give it in a constructive way. You'll note a few responses said don't bother replacing. Frankly, i was going to replace anyway, if you look at my original posting, I really was looking more for other suggestions of manufucturers and looking for input and experience from others using Michelins.
From now on, just do what your mother told you in Kindergarten. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it!
