Do not use awnings in heavy rain?????? Really???

wildviking one of the things I'd say having been raised in the NW is we really don't get "Heavy" rain that often. We get a lot of drizzle and some moderate rain. Having lived in Korea, Japan and Missouri I can honestly say I'd never seen rain in Oregon or Washington like I did in those three places.

So I think you're probably fine using it in the Northwest rain, but if it starts to get heavy it's time to bring it in.
