Esperienced RV Travellers tend to choose vehicles based on chassis suitability for purpose. Hence the bus type configuration. It is no accident highway coaches are 45 ft/tag/million mile chassis. Big difference between a bread truck chassis and a Prevost. Wheelbase is the big deal in drivability and is the achilles heel in shorter units. WB in excess of 120" are a pleasure to drive and can be only acheived with certain frame designs found on these coaches. Some 45' Monacos have 117" WB w/tag and these seem to drive themselves..
