Bummer. Any ideas I can give them to try and keep it lit? We have never had an issue. But they said it lights then about 5-10 seconds blows itself out. No wind either. Kinda hard to diagnos from a distance. Is there fuses for that or not? Well guess that wouldn't matter since its lighting in the first place. Also they said the oven and stovetop burner will stay lit so that tells me there is no air in the line. What could it be?
