I do not want to be totally negative but what is the difference in replacing the roof with new products and replacing the front end after a collision with new parts? The question will be to the potiental buyer, "do you want a previously damaged MH or had you rather have one with no damage history"? As the MH get's older, the damage history means less to the buyer. If the MH is 10 yrs. old or less, I feel it can have a major impact as there are numerous MH's out there with no damage history. Ask a dealer which MH brings more money on their lot.
