things work a lot like your stick house
thermostat on the wall in the stick house uses 28v, that comes from the furnace
120v for the blower, and 'GAS' for the heat
in the RV it is 12v for the stat, 12v for the blower and 'LP GAS' for the heat
your home fridge has 'electronics' and electric compressor
RV fridge 12v electronics and LP or 120v to create the cooling, unless you have a 120v residential fridge, which is getting very common
