We spent a decade in a Roadtrek 190P with our fur-kid. He was 70-ish pounds, rode on the bed in a dog seatbelt harness, well-behaved. In warm weather we would leave the genny running with A/C on, but also had the roof vent open and the Fantastic Fan thermostat set to come on if the temp got hot as a back-up, since that was 12v. Now our "youngster" travels in the B+, has the run of the rig if we are out, we use the same system, but the interior space is much larger, so stays cool much longer, as it is better insulated than the B, also. Always leave food and especially water available for them. I place a laminated sign in the window with our cell phone number so if someone does have a concern they can call us. Do the same thing with the toad. Never have gotten a call, tho... ST
