The Cord on the new unit is just the 120 power cord to the Roof AC. THAT cord plugs into the control box that will be located in the AC opening above the lower access grill. Now, you do not state, what model AC you are replacing. If the old model was a Brisk Air, what I stated will be your model. The AC system when replacing, they only supply the Upper unit, no control box or Tstat. Just follow the OLD 6 wire power cord from the old AC and you will see where it plugs in. Doug
