E3, Is a shorted INDOOR temp sensor. So, either the wall tstat(CCC2) is the indoor temp sensor or the system has a remote temp sensor on a wall or ceiling. It depends on how many roof AC units you have and where the CCC2 is located. Usually Zone 1 AC the CCC2 will be the indoor temp sensor and the Zone 2 will have the remote interior temp sensor for that Zone. But, if the CCC2 cannot be mounted where it can sense the Zone 1 indoor temp they will install a remote temp sensor for Zone 1. Yes, if the CCC2 is the temp sensor, then it has a fault and needs replaced. Resets do NOT fix operational/error problems on Dometic CCC systems. Doug
