dometic heat pump wont reverse
My heat pump model 41001.611 wont reverse. I've been told that the unit needs replacement. Does anyone know the replacement model number?

- call a regular heating and ac guy theycan replace the coil most have them on their trucks
- model number and serial number is under cover where caps are.
- If it's a Roadtrek call the factory.
It would help if you gave a little more info, like year, RV manufacture, brand of Heat Pump,etc. - Mine would only heat and would not go into the cool mode.
Dometic could not send the proper coil for the solenoid valve so they ended up replacing the whole unit under warranty. I had to pay for the labor.
