Have you tried removing it and standing it upside down for a day and then another day upright before you put heat on it again?
That may just work. It also may not.
I have learned through the years that the half-life of RV absorption refrigerators is about 7 years. If it is dead, seek out one of the Amish guys that rebuild the cooling units.
