Door entry code reset

I followed the instructions very carefully. I found the reset button located on a panel next to the passenger seat. I pressed the button and the keypad glowed red indicating something was happening. There was the four beeps so I push the key pad 1-1-1-9 an waited. after about three minutes there was the three beeps at that time I entered the code I desired and waited for the three beeps which took about three minutes. I then locked the coach and entered the new code and nothing happened. It seems the first beeps took too long to happen and then the three beeps, the same thing. Must be a defective key pad..

Anyway thanks for all the help. I guess I can order a new key pad and install it myself.
