I would expect no less than 350,000 miles of hard, commercial use with the V10, and not have any engine or transmission issues. I know of Repo trucks and airport shuttles with well over 500,000, and some vans have gone over a million miles.
I'm at 370,000 HARD miles on mine. The majority of those are towing miles, typical weight is 22,000 combined and sometimes up to 25,000 combined. Other than a radiator and a few starter relays, the powertrain has not needed repairs.
