If you have ducted AC is there any chance that you have a roof leak that is getting in to the duct work?
With the rear AC blowing it is possible that the air flow is blowing water towards the LR AC unit.
Besides a roof leak, I would check the BR AC unit to make sure that it is draining properly and not allowing water to get in to the duct.
