There is a difference between handles well as stock, and having a performance suspension that can comfortably and safely take curves at 10 MPH over their rated speed. Much as the difference between a stock auto and one with performance suspension modifications.
Our tall, basement model 'C' handles much better than it did with stock factory suspension components. This allows us to keep up with traffic on curving roads.
What modifications did you make?
See my signature for modifications + had an expert alignment shop (a shop that other alignment shops send their work they can't figure out) do the front end alignment. This was all completed several years ago. I checked with them recently for their caster alignment specs and it is 5.2 deg L and 5.7 deg R. The rig also has added a steering damper/spring loaded centering device and rear Hellwig helper springs from the factory.
Tires are all-steel casing Bridgestone Duravis M895 (M+S version of R250, now discontinued, great tires)
