I'd be very surprised if your Providence didn't have power Flexsteel chairs which will have a little joystick on the right side of the seat - you just push it back and the seat will go back.
That said, I'm not sure how reliable they are. In our old 98 Pace Arrow, I kept having to jiggle the plug for it to work properly and it would stop working all the time and it would blow the fuse all the time (I eventually put a slightly large fuse in and it seems to be fine now (maybe the motor is getting old / worn and it's pulling more amperage)). We also had a 99 Tradewinds and that had blown fuses or something but I was eventually able to get that one working too and finally when we bought our 03 Phaeton, the connector to the power seat was off (no idea why, if it just simply came loose).
