I went from a 36ft FW to a 40ft MH. I find that the truck/FW combo is harder to manage with an articulation point. I was amazed at how easy the MH is to drive. Big city driving (Denver, Ft. Worth/Dallas) all seem pretty easy. You sit so high you can see a long way ahead. The narrowing lanes are an issue if you have a couple of 8.5ft wide vehicles next to each other, so watch that. The front wheels on the pushers are actually behind you, so that is a different dynamic.
All in all, set the cruise at the speed limit and enjoy. It is a wonderful experience.
