We recently traded for a class A. Have always driven our class C but this rv really intimidated me. I did take lessons from rv driving school. Rather expensive $500. My husband felt it would be a waste of money but I was determinied. For me it was great. After 48 years of marriage, I know my limitations. No way could my husband teach me what I needed to know. Lots of practice backing , entering and exiting highways, driving narrow 2 lane roads and driving in traffic.. it was right for me but if you have driven a class c you'll probably do fine without it. Just returned from a 4 week trip and my husband did the majority of the driving but I was able to assist when he was tired.
