Hi Art,
Well I'm doing fine at lows of -31 c (-24 f). The latest acquisition (magic carpet) is doing a tremendous job of keeping the floor warm.
In my Class C, while driving the cab heating does not allow the furnace to cut in. That is why I suggested making sure the thermostat is set fairly high. I've done an end run around this by adding twin window fans that force warm cabin air through the duct work of the furnace--but it may not be worth doing for a "one off" trip.
