I would be concerned with mounting things to the ceiling. probably will require some extra installed supports in the ceiling to make it totally safe. Perhaps your MH will have something like this already in place.
Every thing these days is very thin walls (and celings) and nothing between the ceiling and the roof except blown-in foam Insulation...
If you have a nice solid place to install something like this in the ceiling then go far it...
Some DOT rules of course apply here where the ceiling mounted TV cannot be viewable by the driver of the vehicle etc... Other MH TV mounts may be required to GO OFF LINE when the ignition key is turned ON. Be sure to check out all the DOT laws on this in your licensed state.
