Duck tape slide?
Is it safe to travel with a slide (Bedroom) which is IN and not operative due to a broken motor? Should I duck tape this to get home (1000 miles)? Jim

A local dealer should have a slide lock, or as others have mentioned grab and cut a pair of 2x4's.
