Duo Therm AC 620215.303 not draining water to the outside

Well, I called my friendly heating and air guy. He came out took the lid off, blew it out, blew out the condenser?. He did both of them and said he guaranteed they won't leak inside. Just less than an hour to do them both. Thanks for the answers. It was fairly simple, but, I don't like climbing up on top. I probably should never have got an RV.
