First, you cannot run two AC units off of 30 amp service. The rear AC is humming? Then something is wrong. You could have a bad start capacitor, a frozen motor or a locked compressor. DO NOT continue to try and run it until you figure out what is wrong. 30A dryer outlet is probably 240VAC. Sadly your RV runs on 30A 120VAC. So its quite possible you have cooked a lot of stuff besides the AC unit. I think you might need to find some professional help.
