Brian, You MUST post MORE info to get help. I went back and looked at your previous postings. You seem to have a 1996-97 RV? If so, and you have the ORIGINAL CCC tstat, then you must push 2 buttons at the same time to switch zones. WHAT zone does it show now? Zone 1 or Zone 2(2 is the bedroom)? Push the FAN and MODE button at the same time to switch zones. IF that does NOT work, your 4 button is bad. They quit making the 4 button in 2001. Your only hope is to do an Internet search for some that can rebuild yours. Here is a OLD troubleshooting guide. Doug
