dutchman express (chevy) cigarette lighter doesn't work

the driver side cigarette lighter doesn't work. the "lighter" turns in the hole that it's supposed to be seated it. I can only assume that something happened when something didn't want to come out o...

Maybe on a ford but on a Chevy Express you need a tool to release it



Most times it is a blown fuse
