I'm not sure if the slide power comes from the chassis or house batteries (engine has to be off for slides to move). If the Dynasty is similar to the one we had, it has 3 hydraulic slides and one electric on the bedroom. The battery connections should be checked to make sure they are clean and tight.
The hydraulic reservoir is probably located under the entry steps, I would make sure that it's full.
The 'brain controller' for the slides (on ours) was under a panel in the second storage bay ceiling. I had to remove a panel to find it. I did have an experience of the slides not moving and a fuse/relay was loose. Sometimes holding the button like the guy did made it work. Check the 'brain controller' in the bay to make sure everything is tight.
I ALWAYS plugged into shore power before moving the slides.
Does it have air leveling? Hydraulic or both? If it has hydraulic leveling, that reservoir is in the front generator compartment on the passenger side. I had a shop build a brace for it as it broke from vibration.
For the dash, I would also check all the fuses in the driver's bay outside under the driver's seat.
Good luck and keep us updated.
