I had my ac only coming out the defroster too when chipmunks ate thru a vacuum line . I was able to do a temporary fix to get me home by using a tie wrap on a vacuum control motor. It was located under the panel in the middle of the dash , near the windshield. I don't know where the harness connector is. The fix in 2006 was $270 at Ford
