I would suggest, as others have, that there are too many variables to give a simple answer; size of quake, depth of quake, type of quake, distance from epicenter... Not to mention the RV itself. On leveling jacks (most class As) would feel the same as being in a house, without jacks (most class C's) would feel like being in a car.
