Electric brake connector for a Freightliner chassis

I am trying to install an electric brake controller in a 2013 DP on the Freightliner chassis. I have been told that it has a plug in on the steering column. I have spotted a round connector about 1....

That's why I put that wiring on a punch list when I visited the factory for warranty work.
