Electric grill

I bought a Treager Pellet Grill and have been really happy with it.

Have you thought about one of the portable induction cooking tops? We use one in our coach and besides cooking food very fast, it releases very little heat inside the coach, which helps the AC during the hot months.

We moved to an all electric coach last year and I didn't want to carry a propane tank just for my grill , so I bought one of these Aussie Grills. I've probably used it close to 100 times since we got it and have had no issues. It heats fine, has good temp control. It fits perfect into a tupperware type container and goes right into the storage compartment.

Any of the George Foreman models depending on how much surface area you need for cooking. Cooks both sides at the same time.
