Electric Jacks

A friend of ours is having trouble with their electric jacks. The control pad lights up showing that the jacks are down (they aren't) and with that the air bags won't inflate.
Is there a fuse he can pull or can he disconnect the jacks to get him home?

    I suspect there is a sensor that monitors the jacks. It might have become loose or is mis-adjusted

    If Atwood jacks, you have to find the Main control panel and there is a wire that MUST have 12 volts applied to close the air bag solenoids. Look at Figure 3 page 7. The O is the pin that you must run a 12 volt supply to close the air bag solenoids. Doug

    For some reason, the Atwood schematic link will not work.

    It would be most helpful if you would put down what rig he has.
    There are so many different ones.
