Agreed. Until someone determines what is wrong with the electrical system do not use any power.
At this point, you do not know if the issue is before the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) or after.
If before ATS (i.e. in shore power cord or wiring from coach inlet to ATS) generator use is fine.
BUT, if in the ATS or after the ATS, NO WAY, as generator feeds the exact same wires as shore power!
