Electric steps
I have a one step electric step assembly, I can hear the clicking when door is closed switch is activating but step will not move at all. Please advise, thanks. Ken

There should be two fuses for the step. One is control and the other provides power to the unit. Check the power fuse.
Check ground connection under the step. There is two there also.
Be careful the step may move!
