Electric steps
I have a one step electric step assembly, I can hear the clicking when door is closed switch is activating but step will not move at all. Please advise, thanks. Ken

is the under step LIGHT working ? sounds like you've got power to the step if you hear clicking - but i'd confirm that.
SOMETIMES - if they sit for a long time the motors can stick....a gentle tap on the motor w/ a hammer may help....then you should be certain to clean the exposed gears and lube them well.
