Electric switches

I just acquired a 2003 Four Winds 5000 26Q motorhome . The lady that owned it passed away so I can't ask her any questions about it . There's 3 electric switches I don't know their function . Two inside the door on the left . One is a white rocker switch , the other is a flip switch with a red light under it .The third one is a black rocker switch with a red light beside it by the sink . I appreciate any help . Thanks , Bill

  • The two beside the door in my Four Winds are the porch light, the white one, and the battery disconnect switch. Press the top to connect the battery, the bottom to disconnect. If you are not on shore power the light will go out when you disconnect, otherwise it stays lit.

Downtheroad is right on about the third switch, turns on the water heater, at least mine does.
  • My little TT has two white rocker switches right inside the door. One is an outside light (porch light....if you will). The other is the main ceiling light.

That one took a while to figure out. It was switched off at the light itself..so the rocker did nothing. :p
  • Welcome to the Forum...your first post. I'll take a guess at one of them...

My bet is that this one lights the propane burner of the water heater.
