Hi, if you have no idea how to use a voltmeter and you have this many electrical problems I strongly recommend that you take your rig to a qualified RV repair shop. I have spent a lot of time working on both 12v and 120v as wel as other low voltage systems. This is not the best time to start experimenting now.

2000 Pace Arrow Vision, gas V 10. The lights have individual switches.

My 12 v power comes from two coach batteries those are new and charged. Possibly this may influence your assistance? The Aux Battery start will not jump my engine battery. I tried when we went to pick up the bus after winter storage had to get a jump from service truck.

Have you checked your fuse panel? The ones for the interior 12-volt devices?

Do you have 12v at the socket?

Are the lights that do not work on their own switch or are they on a switch that operates both sides of the ceiling lights. If on their own switch you need to find that noisy thing that makes 12 V power and next to it is a fuse panel with the little plug-in Spade fuses. One of those imay be blown . But I do have 12v problems with towed. The brake buddy 12v oulet has stopped working I must now us cig lighter outlet.

Inside, sorry for lack of information. Ceiling 12v lights also do not work on drivers side.

Where would I look for ground or where would I ground 12v to ground all 12v?

could be a bulb, but i bet it is a loose or bad ground wire.
