Electrical Problem

So, just to bring things up to date. After becoming a pseudo expert in Xantrex inverter/chargers by reading the tech material until my eyes crossed, then emailing their support team my problem was solved by one of their tech support people. They were were very helpful and knowledgeable. To sum it up, this was a major DUH! moment. After giving the tech person the model number he told me that it has a single AC feed which will power one side of the RV only. Since the outlets on the other side of the RV have never worked since I purchased it I never thought that this was a normal condition. So, all is well. Again, my thanks to all of you who responded.
