Electrical Problems! Chassis Battery / Alternator Issues.

I may have gotten a bit away from the original question and focused more on the overnight charge or lack of. Do Brett's test first since all the stuff that won't work together are all chassis power related.

Also do the steps extend and retract OK? As built they are powered by the chassis battery and will start acting up if the voltage drops.
