All connections should be clean etc. The 30A male plug is the one on the end of your shore cord. The 20/30 adapter is the one used to connect the 30A male plug to the 20A church plug. Perhaps there is no problem there but I was suggesting to check everything especially considering that you have multiple overheated neutral wires including the bottom wire which is part of the 30A shore cord circuit.
And there could be additional connections between the shore cord and CB panel that should be checked to at least make sure they didn't contribute to the problem.
Understand that if the church plug is one of multiple plugs then at times there is likely to be other church loads on that circuit which can cause low voltage. RVs should only use a dedicated 20A circuit like most CG 20A plugs. And running the A/C is considered a heavy sustained load.
