Emerald Isle suggestions and routing

Just stayed at the Myrtle KOA a few weeks ago. Loved it. Our hidden agenda to Emerald Isle is we are looking to relocate somewhere from MD. I am 100% remote to work so I can basically live anywhere and Frankly we are tired of MD for a lot of reasons. We haven't decided where yet so we've been touring the East coast everywhere from VA beach to Savannah and over on the Gulf coast (Tampa, Destin). We've hit a half a dozen spots in the past year - Wilmington, Myrtle, Savannah, Lauderdale and points in between. I hear Cape Carteret has an excellent school system so we were going mainly to check out the area. That's why we picked that spot for this trip. Sounds like it's not the best RV vacation destination but might be a good relo spot. Funny, if I was told where I had to relo I would make it work. Given the opportunity to go where I want has proved challenging in finding "the place" if that makes sense. But having a MH sure does make it easy to do recon on possibilities.
