We have one that works off a 12V battery, Took it awhile but it worked fine on the 19's on our 2000 Adventurer, so I expect we will haul it along on this rig with 16 inch tires. Fortunately our Journey with 22 inch tires had it's own compressor. If you have one that connects to your battery, you will need a long hose. Good Luck
