As stated correctly by Richard in an earlier post, Fleetwood rigs since the early nineties are designed to charge all batteries. Our 2002 Bounder owners manual states clearly that ALL batteries will be charged when plugged into AC. A phone call to Fleetwood will confirm this. Unfortunately, when our engine starting battery stopped charging a few years ago it necessitated replacing the BCC. (Battery control center) Hopefully, your problem will be less serious as this is not an inexpensive fix. There have been several posts about this issue in recent years on this website which should be still available in old posts. There are a lot of good suggestions in these previous threads which may help you.
