Also the generator won't start. The fuel pump works as I can hear it. but there is no fuel going to the generator. How much fuel needs to be in the tank to have fuel delivered to genset? There is 35 gallons or so in the fuel tank. what else can cause this not to start. I got one hell of a chock from the ignition system so I know it is getting spark! it turns over and all that. It is an RV 6.5 generator made by onan. I know I need to get the engine fixed but would nice to have ac in this thing
