I turned the pulley. not the fan, but the pulley that the belt goes on. That is the water pump isn't it? The pulley has two grooves in it. That didn't wobble. I had a school bus that had a DT 466 and that water pump was leaking and when I had it replaced it wobbled like a wobble socket.
