Unfortunately that is pretty normal for RV warranty work via a dealer. At least they explained the process; most just tell you to come in then call you later to come pick it up and when you see that nothing was done, they tell you they just needed to look at the work. If you don't mind waiting, go with the dealer. But, you will eventually need to learn how to fix things on your RV yourself so as the other poster said, use a syringe and inject some glue in there.
