"Entry level have anything to do with quality?"
The answer would be yes and no, entry level shouldn't mean poor craftsmanship, but entry level can mean poor (lesser) quality when it comes to things like solid wood cabinets versus veneer, plastic latches versus metal, level of carpet quality, etc, etc. The lower quality products won't hold up as long as the high end stuff. That's why many RV's are not made for full time use, as they won't wear well.
