eternabond tape
I would like to seal the roof seems with eternabond tape.There are hard white stuff on the seems.Can I tape right over it or are there more to it.

You don't need to remove old caulk. Just clean it good with Acetone or alcohol and let it dry before applying the Eternabond. :)
